Book Online

All appointments are a standard 15 minute consultation for one person.

  • Phone and face-to-face consults are available.

  • Call reception to arrange in-person appointments.

  • All online ManageMyHealth appointment booking are for phone consults only.

  • CALL US FIRST if you have a fever, cough, sore throat, runny/blocked nose, shortness of breath or decreased sense of smell.

  • If you have multiple concerns or need extra time then please book a double appointment.

  • Please call reception to book an appointment if you are a new patient, need a driver’s licence medical, for immunisations, or if you have any other queries regarding appointments.

Manage My Health Portal

ManageMyHealth is a safe and secure way to manage your health online.

  • Book appointments online

  • Request repeat prescriptions

  • View laboratory test results

  • Check when you are due blood tests/screenings (like smears and mammograms)

  • Access some medical records

  • Allows your doctor to communicate with you via email

  • Free ManageMyHealth App for your phone

Repeat Script Request

You may request a repeat prescription for your long-term medications using one of the following methods:

  • Online patient portal ManageMyHealth.

  • Email our nurses on nurse@elstree.co.nz.

  • Call our nurses on 09 528 3323 ext 2 and leave a message.

Please list which medications you require and which pharmacy to send your prescription to. The doctor or nurse will assess whether it is safe or appropriate to complete your prescription and may request a consult as required.

Allow up to 48-72 hours for requests to be actioned. Urgent same day scripts will incur an additional charge.
