Seeing your GP during Alert Level 3 and 2
The Government announced there are now confirmed cases of community transmission of COVID-19. As a result of this, Auckland will move to Alert Level 3 from midday on Wednesday 12 August.
See the website links below for more information regarding what the different Alert Levels mean to you.
From Monday 31 August Auckland will move to Alert Level 2.
GP CLINICS ARE STILL OPEN! We are essential services and will continue to operate during Alert Level 3 and 2.
Seeing your GP during Alert Level 3 and 2:
All appointments booked online via our website or patient portal and through reception are phone or video consultations. Face to face consultations are still available and can be arranged after discussing with your doctor. Please inform reception or comment on your appointment booking what type of consultation you want. Normal charges apply.
If you have booked a phone or video consult, the doctor will call you around your booked appointment time - please have your phone near by, you do not need to call us.
CALL US FIRST if you have a fever, cough, sore throat, runny/blocked nose, shortness of breath or decreased sense of smell.
All patients who need to come into our clinic are to wait in their cars. Please call reception on 09 528 3323 to inform us that you have arrived.
We are doing COVID-19 testing. Please call reception if you want to arrange this.
Please do not arrive at our medical centre without notice. Instead, please call reception or book an appointment online.
Please wear a mask when you come into our clinic, even if you do not have any respiratory symptoms.
We are accepting new patients - please call reception to book an appointment.
We will still be doing routine immunisations, contraception and urgent smears.
We can still assist with your concerns and medical problems that you would normally see your GP or nurse for. This includes long term medical conditions, repeat prescriptions, accident/injuries, ACC, wound care, acute medical problems and sexual health.
We are working hard to keep everyone safe and appreciate everyone’s support with this.
Please call reception if you have any questions regarding how we will operate during Alert Level 3 or if you are unsure what type of consultation you require.
