Please Note:
We are NOT taking enrolment for ‘casual patients’ at this time. When completing online enrolment form, please make sure you are selecting ‘New Patient Enrolment’.
Your medical notes must be transferred in from your previous GP before we can book you in for your initial appointment. This process can take up to 2 weeks.
Payment is required on the day of your appointment please.

All appointments are a standard 20 minute consultation for one person.
Phone and face-to-face consults are available.
Call reception to arrange in-person appointments.
CALL US FIRST if you have a fever, cough, sore throat, runny/blocked nose, shortness of breath or decreased sense of smell.
If you have multiple concerns or need extra time then please book a double appointment.
Please call reception to book an appointment if you are a new patient, need a driver’s licence medical, for immunisations, or if you have any other queries regarding appointments.

Repeat Script Request
You may request a repeat prescription for your long-term medications using one of the following methods:
Online patient portal ManageMyHealth.
Email our nurses on nurse@elstree.co.nz.
Call our nurses on 09 528 3323 ext 2 and leave a message.
Please list which medications you require and which pharmacy to send your prescription to. The doctor or nurse will assess whether it is safe or appropriate to complete your prescription and may request a consult as required.
Allow up to 48-72 hours for requests to be actioned. Urgent same day scripts will incur an additional charge.
